Characteristic of a leaders

When I say leader you might be thinking boring meetings a long conferences’. But when I think leader I think of leaders that has focus, respect, and are interesting and confident. That’s why my whole essay is going to be about these templates and how leaders use them which leaders did.

Confident is one of tools you will need as a leader. I think if you don’t have confidents then why are you a leader and how did you become a leader. Leaders use confidents to speak in front of big crowds to stand up for what is Wright or wrong like Nelson Mandalay how had confidents to speak up and ask for his peoples rights or Mather Luther king how also had confidents’ to stand in front of crowds of more than two thousand people and talk about the dream he had that was one day all people will be equal. Those leaders wouldn’t be famous if they didn’t have confidents to speak out loud and to do remarkable things. That’s why to be leader make sure you have confidents just make sure it’s a certain amount.

Respect is one of the most needed tools as a leader because you need respect to gain respect. Respect can help you as a leader because people will want to listen to you and they will do as you ask them if they see you have respect for them. Another person that used respect as a leader was Mather Luther king who had respect for the people who would go against him. That’s why as leader and for the rest of you life you should have respect for others.

Being interesting can help you as a leader in many ways for example if you not interesting and you are speaking at a conference every one will want to leave or go to sleep but if you are interesting and are saying the right things every one will not be falling a sleep they will be wide awake wanting to listen to you say. Like Osama Ban laden who is a very interesting leader the reason why he is a very interesting leader is because at anytime and any where he can be planning a bomb or tersest attack. That’s why he is a really interesting leader. Being interesting will help you as a leader in many ways.

Being focus is another good template to use as a leader because it will help you if you have a goal and you will be focused to achieve it. Just like Steve price who’s goal was to be a captain of more then ten teams in the ARL and ha achieve that goal by being focused or Israel folio who’s goal was to be the youngest ever ARL player to ever play for Queens land and he achieve that goal by being focused and egger to succeed in that goal. So you should be focused as a leader and it will make you want to finish your goals.



Being organised is my last template of being a leader. Being able to be organised as a leader will help you to sought out things or rearrange things. Being organised is like being prepared. George bush is organised because each day he probably has lots of things to do and meetings to go to. Without him being organised he wouldn’t have reach to the place he is now that’s why being organised is my last template to become a leader.

To sum this all up to be a good leader you need to be able to have and use these templates. And want to be a leader
